We ship all orders to our customers through UPS. For shipping we charge a flat rate of $4.95 for all orders 5lbs and below. For orders 6-10lbs we charge $8.95 and for all orders over 10lbs a fee of $12.95 will be charged. All orders are sent using UPS ground shipping. During the checkout process you will see the ground shipping charge added to your orders total.
Our operation is open 8:00am to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, eastern standard time. Once we receive your order it will be process and ship in a 24 hour cycle. If you order during the weekend, it will be ship the following Monday.
WE SHIP IN THE UNITED STATE ONLY. FOR E-COMMENCE WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL.
Your order is as important to us as it is to you. Our in-house Consumer Affairs department would be happy to assist you with any inquiries or other issues relating to your order. Remember, all inquiries are answered in the order in which they are received, and as a result, delays occur from time to time. Requests made outside of standard weekday business hours will be addressed as soon as possible.
Our shipper, UPS, cannot ship to any PO or APO addresses. Any orders placed with these addresses will not be accepted.
Please call us during normal business hours before making a return. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number and, if your merchandise is unopened and/or deemed to be in otherwise good condition, receive further instruction on our returns procedure.
Returns are only accepted for merchandise purchased through www.DuraBodyUSA.com for which 75% or more of the product is unused. Please be prompt; all returns must be received within 10 days of the purchase date, and no returns will be accepted after this time period. You may ship your return using the carrier of your choice.
Be advised that the original packing slip is required for all refunds/reimbursements. Refunds/reimbursements are always made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for such credit to appear on your credit card statement.
We will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered.
If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise
We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand that, on rare occasion, merchandise can be damaged in transit.
If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, report it immediately and a representative will contact you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
Apparel & Promotional Items
At this time we do not accept return of apparel and promotional items.
Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory on all of our products, there’s a small chance that supply may not always keep up with demand. In this event you will receive an estimated time of availability and the choice of canceling, substituting, or reserving your order.
Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours on regular business days. Upon placing your order you will receive a receipt by e-mail. If an e-mail receipt is not received, contact us at email@example.com or 1(954) 889-1247.
Be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with our carrier, and are therefore beyond our control.
We do not ship internationally all orders are for domestics shipping in the United States only.
